Join us for a refreshing one-hour guided nature hike through the lush, tropical canopy of Fern Forest Nature Center (201 Lyons Rd S, Coconut Creek, FL 33068). We’ll stroll a scenic boardwalk and shaded paths among ancient ferns, towering trees and local wildlife—perfect for unwinding, connecting with nature, and practicing gentle movement

Duration: Approx. 1 hour
Pace: Gentle, conversational; brief stops for nature observation and mindful breathing
What to Bring: Comfortable shoes, water bottle, sun hat/sunscreen, optional camera or journal
Weather Plan: If heavy rain, we’ll reschedule or move to a covered nature lookout nearby
