Yoga Nidra with Jill
Details
We will begin with a 30 minute yoga class to prepare the body for the yoga nidra practice. After that Jill will guide you into a 45 minute to 1 hour trauma informed yoga nidra practice. Pre-registration is required. Walk-ins will be turned away. We are charging a small $2 fee for the class to prevent no shows. Jill looks forward into guiding you in this relaxing and healing practice.
