Join us for a soothing and gentle Restorative Yoga class designed to relax the body, calm the mind, and rejuvenate the spirit.
This class focuses on holding passive, supported poses for extended periods, allowing deep relaxation and stress relief. With the use of props like blankets, bolsters, and blocks, you’ll be comfortably guided into postures that promote deep rest and relaxation, releasing tension and cultivating mindfulness.
Perfect for all levels, this class is ideal for those looking to reduce stress, recover from injury, or simply take a break from the busyness of life. No prior yoga experience is necessary—just come with an open heart and a willingness to unwind. Leave feeling refreshed, restored, and balanced.
We use a donation-based model. This is a community-supported model, allowing people who are experiencing financial hardship to join class at a reduced rate or at no cost, while those who are financially stable or have a little extra help out by donating at the suggested donation rate of $20 per class. Donations can be paid in person, over the phone, or via credit card here: Payment Center | Exceptional Services Group before or after class. Virtual classes can be provided upon request.
