This months Free Real Estate meet up features my good friend and special Guest Speaker Carlton Darville.
Carlton, started out in Real Estate in 2015 as a Realtor
after running a successful Brokerage for 2 years. He then
transitioned to the Real Estate Investing World.
Carlton began Wholesaling Full time in March of 2019 with
over 50+ Off Market deals closed. He loves meeting and
negotiating with motivated sellers. Carlton strives to get
better at the science and art of wholesaling real estate.
Carlton also buys rentals and fixes and flips all over the
South Florida area.
