Host Rich Vidot is a Marine Corps Veteran and a father of 7 . Rich was legally disabled from 2001 to 2017 after exposure to toxins in the mail around 911 when he worked as a letter carrier for the USPS. After experiencing intermittent paralysis and blackouts in Dec 2017 he took action and changed his life. He no longer takes 25 medications daily and is no longer legally disabled. Rich became a personal and business development consultant/coach (Proctor Gallagher Institute) in 2021 to help others improve their lives like he improved his life. Richard is currently a Acquisitions & Dispositions Wholesaler, Realtor, Buy and Hold Investor and Fix and Flipper. Rich currently has several Coaches including Pace Moby RE creative financing and Jamile Damji Key Glee national RE Wholesaler. Stars of the A&E series Triple Digit Flip. 
 Rich currently owns several businesses in South Florida and a new company, formed August 1st 2023, in Ocala.
 Rich also has an IRS approved 501C3 designation on file for 
"Vidot House Inc. for veterans" and plans to open a homeless shelter for Veterans by 2025. In addition to English, Rich can also speak Spanish, Haitian Creole and a little French.
