Join us for an immersive sound bath experience (the 1st Monday of each month) that helps to reduce stress, improve sleep, bring relaxation, and rejuvenate the body.

Let the soothing vibrations of crystal bowls, gongs, and other sound-healing instruments guide you into a state of deep relaxation.

Suggested items to bring are a yoga mat, pillow/ blanket for comfort, water, and wearing comfy clothing to help deepen relaxation.

Includes complimentary tea and lavender essential oil.

No experience is necessary to participate, simply bring yourself :)
