Led by Tara Alexis from Sound and Chill, this immersive sound bath experience blends crystal bowls, chimes, and other sound frequencies that guide you into a deep state of calmness. This event also includes plant-infused wellness tea from Dr. Damas Wellness, crafted to harmonize the senses and elevate your mood.
This gathering welcomes everyone in the wellness community- whether you’re new to sound healing or already nurturing your holistic journey. It’s the perfect way to stay grounded, connect with others, and restore your inner balance during one of Miami’s most vibrant weeks of the year!
Suggested items to bring are a yoga mat, pillow & blanket for comfort, water, and wearing comfy clothing to help deepen relaxation.
No experience is necessary to participate, simply bring yourself and an open heart :)
