• Meditation
• Personal Prayer and Creating a Personal Ritual

• you are feeling stuck or unsure how to proceed with Spiritual Awakening
• you need support in moving forward in your life
• you are feeling lost as to how to lead a more spiritual life without following an organized religion (Christianity, Judaism, Buddhism, etc.).
