NOTE: NEW VENUE LOCATION (not very far from previous venue).

-------

Now that we have gone over alot of basic JavaScript functions in our last meetup, and took some quick pokes at the JavaScript console in our browsers... we'll be diving a bit deeper into JavaScript concepts you'll see in JavaScript apps beyond basic examples. So to participate FULLY you will definitely want to bring your laptop capable of connecting via Wi-fi and a browser (we will likely use Chrome or Firefox so download those before you come).

Some of the topics that we'll be covering during this meetup (time permitting):

Functions
Objects
Scope

Like the last class, this particular class is free. A reminder that this is still a BEGINNER'S class. Some advanced topics won't be covered.

BYOD - "Bring Your Own Device" - You must bring a laptop (preferred) or tablet capable of accessing the library's wifi to get the most out of this meeting.

This meetup is aimed at all ages: 10 to 100.

If your child is interested in programming and programming concepts, bring them.

There is a limit of 20 people due to room size.

Leave a comment if you have any questions. See you there!
