This is our cultural kick off where we will not only have the chance to experience a real Neapolitan Pizza and meet the best Pizzaiolo in Fort Lauderdale, Stefano. We will also learn how Italy "starts" in the Naples region. It all began in the 8th century B.C. with the Greeks followed by the Romans, both attaching their legends to the local area culminating in the use of ancient mythology as a base for the foundation of the Roman Empire itself. It will be fun, informative and interactive. We will also get a chance to meet new friends and share our love and experiences of Italy.
