Longevity is enjoyed best when living a healthy lifestyle.  There are many elements to consider, when your goal is living a long life.  Choosing proper nutrition for your individual body is a tricky business with all the diet and exercise hype out there. Dealing with the many stresses of life can ruin an otherwise healthy person's success.  As a certified Integrative Health and Wellness coach to Women, I can help you navigate through the information overload to achieve your wellness goals.  I will offer classes to enrich many of the elements involved to reach for a more balanced life. Movement is the first element I will teach.  If you are an adult who wants to live a healthier, happier life and keep moving, come join us for "Tai Chi for Longevity." If you are not familiar with this practice, Tai Chi is a gentle series of slow movements which stretch and strengthen the whole body,  calm the mind and bring balance. All fitness levels are welcome; you participate at the level that works best for you.
