Takin' It To The Streets in Brentwood

Once a month during the summer, Brentwood holds a block party and closes Brownsville Road to traffic from the light right by the Giant Eagle to the next light at Towne Square Way. There is a band, vendors and food trucks, and the local businesses along the road sometimes hold specials. The band for May is the Clintones.
There are picnic tables set up in the street, and people also bring their own folding chairs.
The best way to get to the plaza with the street closure is to take Route 51 to Towne Square Way, up the hill, and turn right into the plaza. There should be plenty of parking in the plaza.
There is a walkway that runs through the middle of the plaza (from the clock to the Fine Wine and Good Spirits store) that has a bench. Let's meet at that bench around 6:15pm. I will wait there until 6:30pm before making my way to Brownsville. If anyone can't make it until later or is running late, PM me for my phone number so we can meet up later on.
