Gavin Guglielmi is a South Jersey real estate investor, entrepreneur, and proud father who built his career the old-fashioned way — by starting small, taking calculated risks, and learning through action.
He began in real estate as a wholesaler, focused on understanding how to find discounted opportunities and structure smart deals. From there, he transitioned into flipping properties, sharpening his renovation and valuation skills. Today, Gavin is fully immersed in new construction in South Jersey beach towns while actively building a multifamily rental portfolio using the BRRRR strategy.
What separates Gavin’s approach is not hype — it’s execution. He focuses on buying right, renovating strategically, building strong lender relationships, and recycling capital to create long-term, sustainable growth.
Outside of real estate, Gavin owns and operates a staffing agency and a marketing company, experiences that have shaped his disciplined, systems-driven mindset toward scaling businesses and investments.
