About us
South Jersey Stitch Club is so excited to have a community for needlepoint and needlework lovers of all ages and experience levels. We are hoping to inspire lifelong stitchers looking for new friends to stitch with.
In collaboration with Sunset Stitching, we create unique needlepoint experiences that go beyond the traditional set up. Our events combine stitching, creativity, local businesses, and community. Think Sip & Stitches at local wineries, cozy fall evenings with hayrides and bonfires, seasonal gatherings, pop-up shops, beginner workshops, and other themed experiences designed around bringing people together.
Many of our events feature specially designed, event-themed canvases from Sunset Stitching, beginner instruction, curated supplies and kits, shopping opportunities, food and drinks, and plenty of time to simply sit, stitch, and connect.
Our goal is to make needlepoint feel approachable, social, and exciting while helping new and experienced stitchers find their community. We love partnering with local farms, wineries, restaurants, shops, and other South Jersey businesses to turn a stitch night into an experience.
