Details
Welcome Sister ! xxx
This is your invitation to take a whole day out for you... because you know (or have a sense) that you're worth it; It's time for some nourishing and healing 'me time' before the autumn kicks in.
Connect with other like-minded women, in a beautiful setting out in nature, surrounded by the forrest, with an outdoor Wild Spa, where our intention is to support you to drop in to your Self more deeply, in to your body... helping to create more spaciousness from within and so without... so that you leave feeling deeply nourished, held, loved and witnessed in a way that gives you an extra spring in your step as more of your life force and energy can flow... sound good? Read on!
This retreat is perfect for you if:
- Perhaps you're having a busy summer and there's not been much space for YOU
- Maybe you've been stressed / overwhelmed / tired & achy - and you can feel your nervous system could do with a reset
- You crave to be surrounded by nature and like the idea of an outdoor spa
- You would love to be with like-minded women
- Your body gives you a "YES" as you read this retreat description!
What do we mean by "Embodied Wellness" ?
How often have you experienced something 'relaxing', like a massage or spa session, but the mind is still racing or planning away, so you don't get to fully drop in to the experience? Well for us, Embodied Wellness is the opposite of that!
It's the practice of stepping more deeply in to the felt sense of the body, to really experience the body in the way its showing up right now (and not how you wish it would show up!)
What to expect on the day
The day will be lovingly and thoughtfully curated to take you on a journey of discovery, through the body, with nature, the elements and each other, to free up whatever might be consciously or unconsciously held within, that is ready for release and integration.
To do this, we'll utilise some beautiful tools and practices, such as:
- Ceremonial Cacao to open our hearts
- Fire Ceremony to release and transmute
- Rituals to alchemise
- Embodied movement to explore, shift and integrate
- Visualisation / Shamanic Journeying to explore
- Soul Songs to connect and expand
- Nature and spaciousness to fully drop and receive insights
- Sauna, Hot Tub, Cold Plunge to shed, cleanse, revitalise and rest in to
But its not about these practices... its about the time, or rather - the expansion of time when we come in to a healing space like this... where you can allow space and time to let the nervous system relax, so it can deeply heal, whilst you feel deeply held and loved.
And it's also about the connections... the beautiful and heartfelt connections you might make; as your heart opens and you feel more, and you allow yourself to be seen and witnessed by other women who are both just like you and nothing like you.
There is so much beauty just waiting to be experienced, felt and shared on this healing day retreat, and if you feel the call, we would love love love to welcome you.
