**We invite you to gather with us, in the energy of Samhain, to honour your Ancestors**

Whether or not you knew them
or know anything about them
whether you love them
or hate them

Whatever your relationship to your ancestry, this is a time to simply **honour the paths that they walked, give blessings to who they were, offer gratitude and prayers for the path you get to walk now, and create space for deep healing** and release for anything that you are still carrying, that is now ready to release.

In this sacred act of honouring and clearing, we can then make space to receive any gifts, any powers, any talents and skills that our ancestors had, and that we are ready to embrace.

This also makes space to offer prayers for our future generations, just like our ancestors did for us.

Samhain is the Celtic honouring of the season between Autumn Equinox and Winter Solstice, journeying from the light and in to the depths of darkness. **A time where the veil between worlds are at its thinnest, and thus offering a potent time to honour those who have passed and create space within us to heal and make prayers for future generations to come.** It is therefore the perfect time for us to do this beautiful work.

The day is open to women and will be an embodied connection and journey through the heart and womb – our power centres as women – and where there is often so much generational conditioning and trauma passed down (as well as wisdom and gifts).

**What to expect on the day**
Our intention for this healing day is to both honour our ancestral lineage, and release the wounds that are ready to be released so that we can walk our paths with more freedom, and perhaps with a greater connection to our ancestors and the role they played in our lives.
**The day will be a filled with beauty, reverence, ritual and ceremony, and an invitation to wander in to the known and unknown of your ancestral lineage.**

To keep the intimacy and sacredness of the space, the day is open to 8 women.

We will gently explore different pathways to connecting with our ancestors to receive the guidance & healing. To support our intention for this day, we will offer ancient practices, ritual and ceremony:

* You are feeling the call to connect with your ancestors and explore your generational wounding that is ready for release

* Maybe you are experiencing heartbreak, imbalances with your menstrual cycle, womb or yoni health etc. and you are open to working with it in this gentle, energetic and ritual way

* Perhaps you’re aware that some of your life challenges have been repeated through the generations, and want a space to explore and heal that

* Maybe you feel you carry the weight of your family history and you’re ready to put some of that down

* Perhaps you've done a lot of ancestral clearing and want a space to honour and connect more deeply with your ancestors

* You would like to connect with your sisters and spend a day in ritual and ceremony

**What is a Yoni Steam ?**
Yoni steaming is a sacred practice embraced by women across centuries and involves the gentle ritual of sitting over warm herbal steam, inviting cleansing and revitalization of the womb— the seat of a woman's power and ancestral memory.

In ancient times, women gathered in sacred circles, using yoni steaming not only for physical wellness but to heal spiritually and emotionally, tapping into the wisdom of their ancestors.

Modern science now echoes what many have long known: through the womb, the experiences, joys, and traumas of our foremothers are passed down, with research in epigenetics suggesting that ancestral imprints can affect us for up to seven generations. The very DNA we carry holds the stories of our grandmothers and great-grandmothers.

Yoni steaming offers a pathway to release these inherited wounds, creating space for healing and renewal. By reconnecting with the sacred essence of the womb, women can honour their lineage, clear ancestral pain, and awaken to a deeper sense of remembrance and empowerment.
