Full Moon Women's Circle

I am so excited to offer this Womens' healing circle over the full moon... to help you reconnect with what's alive in you, to be witnessed and held, and to experience healing and release in community - in shared sisterhood, through a circle of women.

Especially in these turbulent times, we need community and spaces where we can be our REAL and authentic selves more and more. Away from tech, away from AI and all the noise... we need a place where we can soften in to our bodies and land in our hearts.

These circles have been lovingly created for women just like you, who have this deep yet perhaps subtle yearning for connection with other women AND have a desire do your inner exploration and work in a safely held container.

These circles can support you in many ways. For example...

• You may feel your heart expand as you feel the love of these strangers you call sisters, as they witness your vulnerability and you witness theirs.
• You may feel a deeper connection to yourself, your heart, your truth, as the layers of defence and protection slowly dissolve, and you experience safety in your bones.
• You may feel liberated as you identify and release old patterns, beliefs & stories
• You may feel lighter as you release layers of energy that are no longer serving you
• You may get crystal clarity on an issue you felt stuck on
• You may feel inspired to take one of the rituals or practices from the circle in to your daily life, for emotional and spiritual wellbeing
• You may feel joy and connection as you realise we are all so similar yet different, so unique yet connected.
• You may walk away with new friends and community

Each circle is an intimate space for up to 8 women only.

The circle will take you on a journey of different practices to connect, deepen, release and expand in to your Self, and each other.

Each circle is different... there will always be space for sharing and deep heart witnessing, and may include:

- Journalling
- Meditations
- Journeying
- Chanting & Mantra
- Breath-work
- Movement
- Ritual or ceremonial practice (almost always)

We will either work with a theme, or it will be more open to explore whatever is most 'alive' for each woman. If there is a theme, this will be sent to you a few days before the event to start feeling into.

The circle takes place in the Goddess Garden Healing Room in Tooting. Full address given when you register.

About me - Mariam Bhunnoo

I have been on the personal development and spiritual journey for the past two decades... and like many of us, it began through my own experiences of trauma and despair throughout childhood and into early adulthood.

By the time I was 25, I realised I wanted to help others heal and feel better in themselves, like I was learning to. And there my professional career in counselling therapy and healing began.

These circles were birthed pre-pandemic as a result of my sheer frustration that if I only worked 1:1 I could not help as many people as my heart wanted to. I had also experienced such a profound impact from doing my own inner work with the support of sisters through being in circle, that I felt there was a way to bring these two elements together.

It was therefore a natural move to hold circles where I could support more women, help create community and sisterhood, whilst sharing and offering healing practices tools and techniques that I use 1:1 - and reach more people who need it.

I LOVE holding scared circles and you will almost certainly feel my joy in holding them! I get so excited about the magic that is being co-created and it my deepest honour and privilege to journey with you in circle. I so look forward to meeting you!
