I AM WOMAN - A Healing Journey

You are warmly invited to join us for our next women's healing day... the theme of this potent session is 'Sisterhood and Connection'.

The 'Sister wound' - often connected to the witch wound - carry deep and often unconscious pain points that impact the ways in which we relate with other women.

How do we show up with the women in our lives... and how has our past influenced this? What gets in the way of deeper, more fulfilling connections with our female friends? And how does this impact connection with each other, and with ourselves?

As a women wanting deeper connections with our sisters, and wanting to step more authentically in to the word, this is an important exploration and healing opportunity to rewrite those old stories and bring light and freedom to your life & relationships.

What to expect on the day:
The day will include various healing practices and rituals to help us find restoration, to release and reclaim parts of ourselves, and to move towards our liberation.

• Mantra, Chanting and working with Sound
• Embodied Somatic Movement
• Journalling
• Meditation, Shamanic Journeying, Visualisation
• Breathwork

You will be lovingly held by two experienced facilitators, women dedicated to the path of Love and Healing. With 40 years of combined experience between them, you will be in safe, loving arms!

Why do this work?
Something really powerful happens when you are seen by other women. When themes of jealousy, envy and competition fall away and you are fully seen for who you are.

When we allow ourselves to authentically connect with women we call our sisters, we connect more truthfully to ourselves. As we do this, we begin to know ourselves more clearly, and more of life becomes available to us.

Our past patterns, beliefs and holds become more clearly visibly through the mirrors of each other, allowing us to release them collectively and more potently than if we are on our own.

As you experience this support with other women, you deepen your connection to your inner wisdom, and cultivate resilience in the face of life's challenges. Knowing that you do not have to hold it all alone… you remember how to receive, how to lean in and how to nourish and fill your own cup back up.

Your Facilitators:

Mariam Bhunnoo
Mariam has been on a personal development, healing and spiritual journey for the past two decades. Like many of us, her desire for this came from her own experiences of trauma, disconnect and despair from childhood to early adulthood.

She has been holding deep spaces for others to process and heal their pain for the past 20 years as a 1:1 somatic counsellor, therapist and healer; blending western psychotherapy with eastern philosophy. Mariam has been holding healing circles since 2018 and has a deep passion for bringing the sisterhood and community together.

Sherise
Sherise is a Spiritual Counsellor, Somatic Practitioner, shamanic healer, seer, ceremonialist and founder of Soul Deep Wellness. She works 1:1 as well as hold community centred circles and educational spaces.
For more than twenty years she has worked within health, social care and community settings, supporting people navigating trauma, addiction, chronic illness, grief and complex systems.
​She knows what it means to live through trauma, illness and profound change.

Being witnessed and supported taught her that healing was not about fixing ourselves, but returning to who we are.
Her own healing journey brought her into deeper relationship with her body, her ancestors and Spirit, awakening gifts present since childhood and leading her into ancestral veneration, ceremony and shamanic healing.

Through ritual, energy healing and deep witnessing, Sherise invites women to listen to what their souls have been whispering, tend to what is ready to be released and come home to themselves.
