Weekly Evening Hike- Winter Multipurpose Trail Hikes- Silver Creek Metropark

Details
We will be walking the Silver Creek multi-purpose trail, called Miner's Trail. 2.2 miles. This is a paved trail that does not go through the woods. Enter the park off of Medina Line Rd. Parking at Big Oak Area, which is on the right (the Boathouse parking is to the left, don't go there, go to the right). The parking lot is not lit. Tom and I will try to be there 10 min early.
We will go out to eat after the hike.
January-March hikes are typically multipurpose/sidewalk trails. Some of the trails are Wadsworth Urban, Silvercreek Multipurpose, Ohio/Erie Towpath, etc. Weather conditions will be a factor and closely monitored.
We will be moving around all season, always keeping it around 3 miles, between easy and moderate.
One thing that has not changed, No one will be left behind!
Please provide your phone number so we can communicate if needed. You can post on the event or send it to me in private on the app.
When done hiking, we will go grab a bite to eat!
Hope you join us!
If the ground is too wet or muddy, the location will be changed to a paved and safe area as close as possible to the original plan to allow everyone who signed up to join. I will try to notify everyone at least 24 hours before. Since there will be no event when under 3 participants, please sign up as soon as possible and be courteous and update your RSVP if you cannot make it.
If you’re late a few minutes, let us know, we will wait for you😃
See you soon!
