Weekly Evening Hike- Christmas Light hike, Lake Anna in Barberton

This week's hike is at Lake Anna in Barberton. We will park in the Purple Lot public parking, corner of 3rd St NW and W Park Ave and meet at the corner of the parking lot closest to the park. DO NOT USE THE ADDRESS THAT IS LISTED FOR THE PARK. The pin drop is at the parking lot.

For the month of December, we will do our annual Christmas light hikes. Previous locations have been Stadium Park in Canton, Lake Anna in Barberton, and Glow with Stow. Stan Hywet Deck the Halls and Akron Zoo Wild lights are options but require tickets. I will continue looking for other options as well.

I usually wait to post the location depending on weather conditions prior to the hike.

We will be moving around to various Metro parks and other trails, always keeping it around 2-3 miles, between easy and moderate.
One thing that has not changed, No one will be left behind!

When done hiking, we will go grab a bite to eat!

If the ground is too wet or muddy, the location will be changed to a paved and safe area as close as possible to the original plan to allow everyone who signed up to join. I will try to notify everyone at least 24 hours before. Since there will be no event when under 3 participants, please sign up as soon as possible and be courteous and update your RSVP if you cannot make it.
