Raja Yoga Meditation Hour

Meeting once a month at Centre 70, a group with meditation commentaries, music and sharing etc. If you are new to meditation or a regular meditator this group is for us to share any problems and enjoy a mutual experience.
This month Isabelle Gauthier from the Global Retreat Centre will be our guest speaker, she will talk about her own love of meditation, followed by a guided meditation.
