NL Texas Hold Em Tournament

Hey Meetup friends! Our group has been playing for years now and we are all an easy going and a fun group. Age range is from 20's to retired. We play in the Monterey/Bernal area (south san jose) Usu. we have 9+ players buy-in $20.00 for 2k in starting chips, blinds start at 25-50; blinds go up every 15 mins; re-buys $10.00 for the same amount of chips. Unlimited rebuys for 3 rounds then cutoff. Add-ons $10.00 for the same amount. top 3 places paid out 50% 20% 10% and the last 20% go to food/snacks/alcohol for the next tourney. 1st place on most occasions takes home around $200. We also play a dealer's choice cash game afterward which is optional (Omaha, follow the queen, 3-5-7, Nebraska among others) and that is cash out at any time (usu. you give a 30 minute warning when you want to stop)

We play 2x's nights a month usually on Fridays @ 6pm (usually done by 9pm)...I provide food/snacks, beverages, beers and if you'd like to bring any alcoholic beverages to share with the group it's at your discretion.
