Join us under the glow of the Full Corn Moon for a special 75-minute beach yoga class designed to celebrate abundance, release, and the rhythms of the season.
As the final full moon of summer rises over the waves, we’ll gather in community to ground ourselves, reflect on what has blossomed, and gently let go of what no longer serves.
This open-level class will blend gentle movement, breathwork, and moon-inspired meditation, set to the soothing sounds of the ocean and bathed in moonlight. Expect a soulful practice that honors your body, your journey, and the magic of this seasonal turning point.
🌽 The Corn Moon is a time to harvest the lessons of the past season and prepare for a more rooted, intentional transition into fall. Come as you are — this class is for every body and every level, especially those craving connection, calm, and a deeper sense of self.
✨ Bring a yoga mat or towel, layers for warmth, and any personal items for your moon ritual (crystals, journal, etc.).
✨ Optional: Stay for a moon circle after class to share reflections and intentions.
