Interested in digging into your family history or local South Chicagoland history? Come hang out with us after hours at the SSGHS library! We're having a hangout just for you and your fellow history buffs. We'll have a fun, laid-back evening of research, chatting, and exploring roots.
🗂️ Here’s what’s going on:

• Access to genealogy tools, archival materials, and databases you might not normally get to use at home
• Friendly group of people around to help if you hit a dead end in your search
• Time to swap stories, share tips, and meet others who are into family history or local Chicagoland history
• Bring your notes, questions, and any family mysteries you’re trying to solve. Laptops/tablets/smartphones are welcome too if you like to research digitally.
