-Identify and Classify Food Groups for best practices.
-Learn how to safely & efficiently preserve food using 3 different methods:
- Canning Fish (local SALMON) in Metal Cans.
- Jarring Fruits with Glass Jars.
- Sealing dry goods in Mylar Bags.
Best of all you get to take home the food you preserve during the workshop to add to your existing pantry!
