Pre-Christmas Spiritual Re-Charge

Maybe just before xmas is a perfect time to start this new spiritual gathering group! Xmas can be a LOT to handle. So let's spend some time together talking about some strategies that help keep you in your authentic self when in challenging situations. Bring your ideas, and share.

I know xmas time and end of year is busy, but isnt there a saying, "If you have time, meditate for 20 minutes a day. If you're busy, double that!"
And that's what may make this the perfect time to meet!

As we are just starting out, and the weather is good, lets meet at Carrs Bush Park. We can sit under the trees at the Princess Hwy end of Carrs Bush Park. Drive in from Pricess Hwy entry, through the car park to the right, to the huge park area in front of you. We will be there.

Please bring a cushion or camp chair if younwant a comfy seat, jounel to write in if you're a jotter, a reading if you want to share (not too long). We will meet, talk about our spiritual concerns around xmas, share ideas for staying present, maybe a short meditation together, plan another meeting!
