The one thing I have struggled with for years is communicating my value, services and things I do for teams and organisations. Agile Coaches have bad reps, Scrum Master is just a weird job title. So, describing what I do, the value I add, and the problems I solve has always been tricky. Recently I sat down for a coffee with my best mate and started talking about my thoughts on switching from being a consumer to a producer. It then kicked us into trying to describe the role of a Scrum Master from the perspective of a consumer… and that's what has got me here.

So this workshop is a bit of an introspective, interactive, deep thinking session, transforming your thoughts through some steps and questions, so that you can create a vision or value statement for yourself, in whatever capacity you are acting.
