Stories around the Campfire at Whitmore Bay, Barry Island

The group now has a new co-host, Kevin, and we're excited to start hosting! (sorry for the recent cancellation).

We thought Whitmore Bay at Barry Island would be a good place to meet as it's more easily accessible for people. There's also a sheltered area if it rains/nearby pubs! We'll be in the centre of the bay - look for the fire!

The idea is to get a campfire going on the beach and tell stories around the fire.

The stories can be anything: your own writing, a story you make up on the spot, something from your life, poetry even, something you've read about that you find interesting and want to discuss, etc. No rules!

Hoping to create a laidback, welcoming group that's a bit different, with a love of storytelling and nature.

BYOB/snacks/wood etc!
