Effortless mindfulness group

Details
Join Mark for an evening of Effortless Mindfulness, a transformative practice that invites you to tap into your natural awareness—your calm, clarity, and inner intelligence—as the foundation for greater well-being and more loving, respectful relationships.
This approach blends ancient wisdom, neuroscience, and modern psychology, offering a refreshingly natural way to build resilience and cultivate a state of presence without effort.
Set within the serene and historic surroundings of St Mary’s Church, this session offers a sanctuary from daily life’s hustle. All experience levels are warmly welcomed to step away from stress and reconnect with ease, clarity, and flow.
About the Host: Mark brings over a decade of experience in meditation and mindfulness. From 2015 to 2025, he worked and volunteered in mental health and wellbeing across southwest London, collaborating with the NHS to support individuals with serious mental illness on their path to recovery.
He is well-trained in mindfulness, having completed foundational programs through the Mindfulness Association and the Effortless Mindfulness Institute—including the 8-week Mindfulness-Based Living Course (MBLC), the first step toward BAMBA (British Association of Mindfulness-Based Approaches) accreditation.
Currently, Mark is continuing his training through the Effortless Mindfulness Institute’s advanced course series, aiming to become a fully certified facilitator by January 2026.
