Sadly our Very Last Friday Coffee and Company at SeaCity

Very sadly this will be our last Friday Meetup. There are now so many extraordinarily large meet-ups groups in Southampton, with a great many hosts, that the smaller groups like ours are being squeezed and we just cannot compete with them - 18 months ago we averaged 12 people on a Friday, now we are down to just an average of three.
That being said, what we’ve always had is something a little different: easy conversation, no pressure, and the chance to really get to know each other. For those who’ve come on a Friday and enjoyed that smaller, more relaxed atmosphere, I know this will feel like the end of something rather special.
If you can come along to say farewell to our Friday Meetup it would be lovely to see you - especially as it’s someone’s birthday (and it’s not mine!) And who knows? Maybe if there’s still an appetite for the smaller, friendly get-together, then perhaps Fridays might return in some form in the future…….Bev 😞
