About us
Over 60? Looking for good company and conversation? Come and join Coffee and Company.
We are a relaxed social group for the over 60s. New to the area; looking to make new friends; or just looking for a friendly chat, you’ll be warmly welcomed.
We have regular coffee mornings twice a week. But we aren’t just about coffee mornings, we frequently arrange meals in local restaurants; walks; board games afternoons; theatre and cinema events
As Meetup charges us a fee to use their platform, we ask members to contribute a £5 subscription every six months, starting from your third event with us.
Any questions, please just send a message. We look forward to meeting you! 🙂
**Please note this is a group for those aged 60 and above**
Please Note
Our organisers and hosts are volunteers who give their time to arrange activities for members. Participation in any event is entirely at your own risk. The Christophers at Harbour Lights
Harbour lights, 4 Ocean Way, Southampton, GBSilver Screen
‘The Christophers is a movie about contemporary art and about what Alan Bennett called “a question of attribution”. An irascible, dyspeptic old English painter called Julian Sklar, (Ian McKellen), is a once dominant but now outmoded and disliked artist, living solo in a chaotic bohemian townhouse, he is a man given to toweringly witty and cantankerous rants against everything that presents itself to his raddled senses”.
