About us
We want to build a community of people who use Improv to laugh and create stories together - sometimes very short (a couple of sentences) - sometimes a whole play.
Carmen and Damian have been improvising for years and will be leading a series of classes to share this fun approach to making each other laugh! Even if you've never told a joke or stepped onto a stage.
What is Improv? It's a set of skills that anyone can learn for creating a scene, characters, and situation in a supportive, collaborative fashion - no one person has to do all the work: nor should they!
You'll be amazed at how easily you'll make new friends and build worlds together.
Things to remember:
- You can do this - most of your daily life is unscripted!
- The whole class is one team - no heckling - only support
- You don't have to ever do this in public
- You can ALWAYS opt out of any scene or activity or topic - we've got your back.
