Parking is at Deerleap Car park in Deerleap Lane. SO40 4UH. It is near the New Forest Wildlife Park. You need to be aware that the New Forest has car parking charges now. You pay on an app. If you don’t have signal, you can pay up to 24 hours afterwards.
I am thinking of the Bold Forrester for lunch. I’ll give them a call on the weekend, when we have an idea about numbers.

Here is a fantastic trail with the potential for a lot of fun. While going through regions of woodland and terrain, the ground may be muddy so come with suitable footwear. This route is home to a diverse range of tree, flower, and wild animal species.
Dogs are allowed but be aware of the horses seen along the route.

After walk , we will go for a lunch in one of nearby pubs ( details to follow ).
