Walk around Winchester

Meet outside The Queen Inn pub at 2pm:

The Queen Inn pub, 28 Kingsgate Road Winchester Hants ​SO23 9PG

There are limited on street 4 hour parking spaces on Kingsgate Road which can get busy. Car sharing advised where possible.

The walk is approximately 3.25 miles and will include riverside paths, and 150 steps in St Giles Hill Park up to the viewpoint over the city.

Please wear suitable clothing and footwear and bring plenty of water especially if it's hot weather.

End time is fairly loose, we may decide to stop for a cup of tea at the Cathedral cafe.
