Breamore House Tour & Lunch - Fordingbridge

I have booked a ticket for the 3pm tour @ Breamore House - as it is a little way out, I have also booked a table in the nearby Bat and Ball pub @ 12.15 to have a lovely Sunday lunch before we explore the house
You can either join the tour with me ( you will need to book asap as the tours are small and sell out quickly) or just join us for lunch @ 12.15
I have booked a table for 8 people but if enough interest I could increase the booking or a second table - please put in the comments if you have a ticket for the tour or just lunch?
