Free Winchester Military Museums

Winchester Military Museums will be hosting ‘Our Big Open Day 2025!’ Held at the historic Peninsula Barracks with all six museums free of charge, reenactments, food stalls and The Rifles Band.
Let’s meet at the front of Winchester Cathedral at 12:30pm and take a leisurely stroll up the hill to the Peninsula Barracks to join in the festivities. We can visit each museum and join in the historical based activities, even get our faces painted. There will be coffee and cakes available at the cafe of the Adjutant Generals Corps Museum.
