Do you fancy a genuine Thai meal in a hidden corner of Southampton?

A few of us visited Na's Bar & Galley a little while ago and decided it would be a great place for an informal Thai meal for our MeetUp group.
The food was great and the restaurant/shack is full of Thai paraphernalia and the cooking is done by Thai ladies in the 'galley'. The atmosphere and service is very relaxed! Definitely no fast food!

The only small downside is that it is not that easy to find - I got lost the first time trying to get there ;-) It is literally located on an industrial estate on Kemps Quay in Southampton, so do allow a bit of time to drive there, find it and park up. Car sharing would be a good idea if you can. It is possibly walking distance from Bitterne Railway station.

You can have Thai 'tapas' - 3 different ones for £15 and main courses range from £12 to £16 approx. Credit cards are accepted.

If you are driving from the centre of Southampton, drive over Northam Bridge and turn right into Quayside Road just by the lights and the speed control camera. Drive along a bit till you come to Kinley's Garage, turn right there and/or walk down between Kinleys Garage and Southern Glass Services. Na's Bar is just at the end of this bit of road on the left. There is some parking at the end of the road just by Na's Bar & Galley.
