In-Person Meetup on Dharma, Karma & Your Perspectives; Send Me PM for More

Details
Hi Everyone in South Bay or Greater Los Angeles Area,
Some of our friends would like to meet up in person in addition to online zoom sessions so we decided to give it a try. We're going to meet in Gardena once a month. We're going to introduce ourselves and what Dharma/Buddhism means to us; any questions we have on Dharma/karma/meaning of life/suffering/source of anxiety/etc.
Recently the topic of forgiveness was brought up and we all shared. It was uplifting to hear everyone's stories of how to forgive and forget might release resentment in our system. The spirit of Buddhism is Jiri Rita, benefiting myself through benefiting others. Somehow and some of the times, the happiness shared/divided multiplies (feels greater than the "happiness" experienced in solitude). Focusing on what we're grateful for in a person might help us not to become bitter when we find their behavior offensive. Of course there's nothing wrong with limiting our time spent with them, but to totally cut them off might be hindering our spiritual growth. What do you think?
Please register first for this event by emailing me at bitadharma22@gmail.com to confirm that you're going to join us, what your experience with spirituality has been so far, and any spiritual objectives you might have? Thank you for your understanding to register with me and hope to see you soon.
