21 Days of Support

Hi Wise Mama, I hope this finds you well. It has been a while since I last communicated here. It has been not easy to navigate the last couple of years.

I am grateful to have a group of like minded friends to lean in and support each other’s. I am also grateful to have tools and meditation practices to support myself moment to moment.
I am super excited to co-facilitate a 21 day of togetherness with my friend, LeeYen Anderson , starting March 3rd, 2022.

During the 21 days, we will share our collective ancestral knowledge and spiritual tradition through weekly email and live calls.
