Sonia Shell leads this weekly drop in bluegrass jam where players practice their bluegrass jam skills: chord changing, improvisation, soloing, jam etiquette, transposing, and even singing.

Sonia Shell played with Sidesaddle for many years, touring and recording three albums with them. In 1993, she won 2nd place in the Winfield Kansas bluegrass banjo competition. She was a member of The All Girl Boys, Harmony Grits and other local Bay Area bands, and has been teaching banjo since 1984
