Puzzled Pint

Who likes PUZZLES? The kind where part of the game is to figure out what you need to be doing in the first place? Want to do it as part of a team, so you can bounce ideas off of each other, and let someone else do the parts that you find uninteresting?

Puzzled Pint is a monthly game held in the bay area (and simultaneously elsewhere in the world), at a convenient pub where we might order food and drink before or during the game. If you'd like to be part of Team SouthBayFriends, please keep your RSVP up to date, so that the rest of the group will know to wait for you before starting the clock.

It's a plus if you can read Braille, Morse, Semaphore, or binary-coded letters, though we'll have a reference card available if we need to do it the slow way. Scissors, tape, pen or pencil, and an Internet-capable device may be useful, too.

Where's it being held? That's one of the puzzles! You can check http://www.puzzledpint.com/ on Friday (four days before the event) and solve the preliminary puzzle to get the location; or watch for updates to this page after you RSVP. If Game Control has chosen a pub, it's probably on Shoreline Blvd. in Mountain View, or downtown San Jose. Otherwise, the event host will select a non-pub location in Milpitas or the Berryessa area of San Jose.
