Purchase your own ticket. $54 see link below. Busses depart every 20 minutes 9am through 4:20pm to visit 4 decorated historic homes. I do not know how many on each bus. I'm selecting 3:20 or 3:40pm on Sunday Dec 14th. Although it may be very difficult to "Meetup" due to quantity of public attending, please Comment your departure time and we can try to ride together. They strongly recommend arriving at least 20 minutes prior to departure. Come early enough to shop local vendors and view Sacred Heart Seminary. Free parking on site.
Be prepared to stand while waiting for entrance into each home. Restrooms only available at the Seminary.

Tours begin and end at Sacred Heart Seminary (2701 Chicago Blvd, Detroit, MI 48206).
Free, secure parking is available. Please arrive at least 20 minutes before your tour time to allow ample time for parking and facilities.
