- Night at the Races!Needs location
Date: Saturday October 4, 2025 doors open at 6:00 PM with the first race starting between 6:15-6:30 PM. The event typically ends around 9:00 PM
Location: The Carousel at Pottstown 30 West King Street Pottstown, PA directly across from the entrance to Memorial Park
Cost: $25 per person entry fee. This entitles each guest to enter the facility and enjoy hors d'oeuvres catered by the Pottstown High School Culinary Arts Program. Free rides on the carousel will be offered throughout the evening.
Race tickets are $50 per set of 10 both can be purchased ahead of time.
See flyer attached for QR code. BONUS: If you purchase your entry ticket and 10 race tickets on or before Friday September 19th, you will get an exclusive ticket for the 11th Race AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. This ticket will not be sold, it will only be given to those who purchase tickets on or before 9/19.
WINE PULL: $25 Purchase a ticket and you will get a bottle of wine, there may be a surprise in the bag beside the wine.- How it works: Purchase Race Tickets at 10 for $50.
- Use one ticket for each of the 10 races.
- There will be 6 numbered animals on the carousel. Place your ticket in the bucket with the number of the animal that you think is going to win the race.
- The last animal to cross the line as the carousel stops is the winning animal.
- One ticket from that bucket will win $100 cash.
- There are also prizes for place and show, the animal that is after the WINning animal is PLACE and one person's ticket from that bucket will win $50.
- SHOW is the next animal and one person's ticket will win them $25.
- You will put your ticket in the bucket BEFORE each race.
- We will allow around 10 minutes between races to place your bet.
