Volunteering and Mentoring in Tech / STEM

Are you interested in volunteering to help inspire young people, college/uni students, 18-30s with tech learning / career related activities and mentoring ?

We have a variety of different activities looking for volunteers in the fields of science, technology, engineering and maths (STEM) across Essex.
Single, ad hoc, regular or project based to suit your availability and commitment.
No previous experience necessary.

We are just starting up but do have some current activities needing help:

* 18-30s mentoring informally happening at our monthly Southend, Chelmsford, Basildon and online meetups.
* College aged work experience, tutor day at your workplace, and career talks
* We are looking for people to volunteer at the Chelmsford Science Festival Family Science Days in October and other events during that week to help show children how to code and design games using prepared worksheets. Scratch, Python, Unity, VR.
