A traditional Earl Grey blended with single estate black tea and pure bergamot oil.
A clean and exceptionally bright infusion with exhilarating citrus notes. It can be

The most succulent and fragrant of green China Teas, it has a fresh sweetness with

JASMINE SILVER TIP

A delicate white tea crafted entirely from silver tips. The tea is not flavoured but carefully
scented over six consecutive nights with fresh jasmine flowers. Once the preserve of only
the Chinese Imperial family, a deep and heady aroma with a light and gentle flavour.
LEMON VERBENA
Provence, France
Brought to Europe by the Spanish in the 17th Century. A pure herb with a mellow
lemon flavour, it makes a wonderful digestive.
WILD ROOIBOS

This Rooibos is harvested completely wild in its indigenous habitat in the Cederberg
Mountains. A richly delicious infusion with deep earthy notes, bright red berries and
cedar can be enhanced with maple syrup & twist of lemon zest.

Company, offering the traditional ritual known as afternoon tea.
Founded in 2004, Rare Tea Company is an independent company
based in London which sources the world’s best tea and herbal
infusions. Focusing on sampling the finest and only selecting the best
from farmers using sustainable practices that benefit both the land
and the people who live and work on it.
Chinese tea makers believe that several infusions should be made
from good leaf tea; the flavour improves with each inf
Restaurant can accommodate vegetarians, but unfortunately not vegans. If one of your guests is a vegan, we are happy to accommodate with our regular lunch menu which has vegan options.
