About your Teacher: Charlotte L. Holmes, Msc.d is a best selling author and experienced healer who is passionate about guiding people to realign to their true selves. With a profound understanding of many healing practices and metaphysical disciplines, Charlotte guides individuals towards incredible physical, emotional, mental and spiritual transformation.

Charlotte has a Doctorate in Metaphysics and is a Reiki and Karuna Reiki® Master Teacher, Oncology Reiki Master and Certified Soul Realignment® Practitioner. Through her years of experience, study and teaching, Charlotte has developed an integrative approach to healing, combining elements of these modalities to allow her clients to find balance and wellness.

What is Reiki?
Reiki is an energetic healing modality originally from Japan that can help support the body to heal on all levels. As we all have the innate ability to heal, anyone can learn Reiki, whether you want to provide sessions to friends and family, clients, or for yourself.

In this hands on class, you will continue your Reiki journey by learning:

• Reiki 2 Symbols
• Long Distance Reiki
• Programming Future Healings
• Chair Treatments

As this class is hands on, you will also:

• Practice the Reiki 1 and your new Reiki 2 Symbols
• Practice Chair Healings
• Practice sending Long Distance Reiki
• Practice Programming Future Healings
• Learn how to do a Reiki session incorporating your Reiki 2 Symbols

• In-person Reiki 2 Attunement
• Your Reiki 2 Guide

About your Reiki Master/Teacher: Charlotte L. Holmes, Msc.d is a seasoned Usui Reiki Master Teacher, Karuna Reiki Master Teacher, Oncology Reiki Master, and experienced healer with over 12 years of healing and teaching experience. She has been trained in many healing and metaphysical modalities, and is dedicated to guiding people to reach their highest potential.

The Benefits of Reiki

• Stress Reduction: By inducing a deep state of relaxation, stress and tension are alleviated.

• Emotional Well-Being: After a Reiki session, you will feel balanced, positive and very peaceful.

A session is 50 minutes long. During the treatment, you will be laying on a massage table (fully clothed), allowing you to relax and enjoy the energy.
