This one-hour meeting is the foundational planning session for launching the Parker Real Estate Investors Association.

This meeting is to identify core participants, define structure, and establish the professional base of the Parker REIA.

We are looking to connect with:

• Active and aspiring real estate investors
• Wholesalers and bird dogs
• Insurance agents familiar with investor policies
• Lenders and private money partners
• Commercial realtors
• Accountants and CPAs with investor clients
• Estate planning attorneys
• Real estate attorneys

• Contractors and service providers in the trades

This is a working session to:

• Clarify mission and positioning
• Outline programming priorities
• Identify founding contributors and strategic partners
• Establish standards and expectations
