Welcome to the Southern Small Dog Walking Group on Meetup.com!

This group is perfect for small to small-medium dog owners in the Southern Adelaide area who love to explore new walking trails and parks with their furry friends. Whether you have a maltese shih tzu, cavoodle, poodle, chihuahua, spoodle, dachshund, cavalier spaniel or terrier, this group is a great way to socialize with other small dog owners in the area and provide your pup with much-needed exercise and social stimulation. Join us for fun and relaxing walks in beautiful Southern locations and meet new friends.
Dog lovers are also welcome to join the group. Perhaps you've owned dogs in the past and your circumstances are not currently suitable for you to have a dog.
The walks will include visiting a couple of small enclosed dog parks in where the pooches can run around off leash. At other times, dogs must be on their leash.
Walks will generally be at a leisurely pace and no longer than 3-4 kms. If we are walking in an area with a dog friendly cafe nearby, then we will be meeting after for morning or afternoon coffee and nibbles.
