Sheepscot Falls Surfing

Come surf the reversing wave at the Sheepscot Falls.
8:15 a.m. high tide in Portland. The wave starts building roughly 2 hours after Portland high. Modest 7.8' tidal range today. This wave has room for only a few people unfortunately, but if you're looking just to practice in the rough water beneath the wave we can up the number.
Must have wet/drysuit, helmet, ability to self rescue, and to assist in rescues if needed.
