Fall Foliage Paddle in Harpswell

Come join a moderate paced journey around Bailey and Orrs Islands in Harpswell. Conditions will be calm, so its a great time to spend a day beautify fall day on the water before winter sets in!
We'll leave from Lands End, head north around Baileys and Orrs, then return on the opposite side. The total distance for this paddle is approximately 12 nm, so at a moderate pace we're expecting to be on the water for about 4 hours. The forecast calls for a coolish (low 50s) partly sunny day with almost no wind and calm seas. The water temperature is in the mid-50s, so a good wetsuit with booties or a dry suit are needed. Otherwise, just standard kit: PFD and spray skirt. Bring a lunch and plenty to drink, we'll find a few places to stretch the legs and get a snack along the way.
Meet at Lands End at 9:30, launch at 10am. We plan to be back to the beach by 3pm.
